Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds available once purchased.
Can I share the forms with a colleague?
We know it's tempting to share the information, but the documents included in the forms bundle are the intellectual property of The Lactation OT LLC. Users of the documents do not reserve the right to share, sell, distribute, republish, transmit in any form or profit from these included documents.
Does "attorney reviewed" mean that I am safe from liability?
This means that we had an attorney review the forms to ensure the intended language was represented clearly. The Lactation OT LLC will not be held liable for the use or misuse of any information contained within the forms or content included in videos. The forms represent the opinions of the authors and the authors reserve the right to add, change, and update the forms. Though every effort has been made to ensure information is up to date, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the information is suitable for their intended use.
How long will I have access to the materials?
You will immediately have access to the fillable PDFs and have lifetime access to them. The videos included in the premium forms bundle will be available as long as we continue to offer the forms bundle. You will have access to any new materials and resources that we add to the bundle.
