Course Extension Request
Get an additional 30 days of access to a course.

If you purchase the "Introduction to Breastfeeding" course prior to May 2025, this course is NOT eligible for extension.
Course Access Policy:
Each course offers 6 months of access from the purchase date. If you are unsure of the expiration date, you can follow the instructions below:
- Check the date on the receipt that was emailed after purchasing the course
- Check your email for the "enrollment confirmation" email
- On your member dashboard, click on the person icon in the upper right corner ➡️ settings ➡️ purchase history
Other details:
- There is a limit of 3 paid extensions per person. This means that a course is only available up to 90 days past the course expiration date.
- Courses that have expired for more than one month are not eligible for a paid course extension.
- 🕛 Please allow for up to 2 business days for your course to appear back on your dashboard.
